The review, reconsidered

Put the work
in the picture
A review starts with something real to react to. Open the FORMA summer campaign in the demo and take in the full artwork before getting into the details.
The project title, filename, and version stay visible. Everyone starts with the same piece of work in front of them.

Say it where
you see it
Feedback is easier to act on when it has a little context. Place a pin on the artwork, describe what needs attention, and keep that thought attached to the right version.
Something as small as a headline’s position no longer needs a paragraph explaining where to look.
“The light is beautiful. Could we give the headline a little more breathing room?”
A new version.
A clear history
Revisions shouldn’t turn into a guessing game. Switch between the first direction and the updated artwork, with each version’s comments exactly where you left them.
Resolve the notes you’ve addressed. Keep the open questions visible. Progress becomes something you can actually see.

Give “finished”
a little certainty
When the work is ready, record the approval against a specific version. A name and a date make the decision easy to find again.
Download a review summary for a clear handoff. If something changes, reopen the review and keep the next conversation in context.
